| Our goal is to have you heliskiing / boarding skiing the day of your arrival and the day of your departure...therefore we offer more possible heliskiing in our tours. We are also well known for our professional yet warm family-style environment and our small, intimate groups. Bella Coola Heli Sports primary goal is to provide you with the best heliskiing and boarding possible. |
Heliskiers and boarders should be comfortable in the powder and in good physical condition as the terrain ranges all the way from golf course fairways to the scary steeps. Many of our runs are 1,500 to 1,800 vm’s (5,000 to 6,000 v.ft). The longest is 2,150 vm’s (almost 7,000 v.ft). This is the longest ski run, serviced by helicopter, in North America! |

| We only fly the A star B2 helicopters. These are the most powerful and comfortable helicopters for high mountain flying. Our pilots are highly qualified, with many years of experience. Each has undergone specialized training, and is trained in medical first aid and mountain rescue. Helicopter maintenance and check-up is done on a daily basis by a team of professional engineers. Overnight storage is in a hangar, improving both the reliability and quality of maintenance. |

| Bella Coola is 400 KM north of Whistler Resort in the Coast Mountains. Our base is located at the Tweedsmuir Lodge in the drier and sunnier eastern end of the Bella Coola Valley and nestled within Tweedsmuir Park. This is the largest provincial park in British Columbia. |

| Private and Semi Private Tours: 3, 4, & 7-Day Vertical Tours. Springs & Corn Tours. Big Mountain Heliskiing Tours (our newest tour) offers more heliskiing and boarding for your dollar. If you can afford to go snow cat skiing you cannot afford to the opportunity to go BIG Mountain Heliskiing. The only difference is a guest house style of accommodations and dinners are not included. At high season these tours are 1900 less than the tours based out of the Tweedsmuir Park Lodge. |

Additional flight time is 2380/hr for our private tours and 2280/hr for semi private tours. You are only charged for the heliskiing there is no charge for lift.
Extra vertical is 38.00 per 1,000 vertical feet.

Unlike many other heliskiing lodges, getting to Bella Coola is simple, hassle free and fast. For International travelers and overnight stays in Vancouver, we recommend the Fairmont Airport or the Fairmont Waterfront hotels. |

| Your Bella Coola Heli Sports adventures begin at the Vancouver, BC Airport. You will be met by one of our staff. Our charter airline partner, Pacific Coastal Airlines, will fly you via daily scheduled flights departing at 10:50 AM. Fly for only 1 hr and 15 minutes over some of the highest and most majestic peaks in BC before reaching your heliskiing destination in Bella Coola. Marvel at the expanse of the Monarch Glacier and spectacular Mt. Waddington. |
This is a very exciting time for us as new and returning members of the BCHS family arrive. At the Bella Coola airport, our staff will welcome you. We will transport you and your luggage to the West Coast Helicopter hangar just around the corner. Here we will serve you a hot, gourmet lunch and begin the introduction to our certified heliskiing guides, helicopter personnel and BCHS staff. After safety briefings, it is time to hit the powder! |

| We now operate year round and still offer our ever popular Springs and Corn Tours (BIG river fishing plus BIG corn heliskiing).
